Refund Policy

If your tree has been damaged in transit or it is not the tree that you ordered, please report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. If for any reason you have concerns over the quality of your tree, please contact us as soon as possible to advise of the problem. We may ask you to forward photographs of the tree which will help us to resolve the problem effectively.

Returns and refunds

As trees are perishable goods they cannot be returned and are therefore not refundable unless you consider there is a problem with the quality of the tree, it has been significantly damaged or it is the wrong tree. Where we accept that there is a genuine problem, we will look to rectify it by offering a refund or replacement tree.

A Christmas tree is a natural product and each one is unique. We cannot offer a refund or replacement just because you don’t like the shape or colour of the tree. However, this should not be a problem as all our trees are premium grade which means they have good shape and colour. We cannot guarantee the exact height of your tree as again it is a natural product, but it should be within +/- 3 inches (7.5cms) of the selected size. If you have concerns over the height, measure the tree from the base of the stump to the tip of the tree once it has been removed from the net. If it is outside this tolerance, please contact us.

Refunds cannot be offered in the case where your tree is not delivered on the preferred date, but arrives within 4 business days of the chosen date. See our delivery info page for more details. For non perishable goods, if you change your mind following delivery, please inform us within 5 working days. We will issue a return number and ask for the goods to be returned at your own expense in their original condition and adequately packaged to protect against damage. A refund of the goods exclusive of the original delivery charge will be made upon receiving the items in a condition suitable for resale.

Cancellations

Cancellations can only be accepted with three working days notice prior to your chosen preferred delivery date.
