Order online to pick up from the farm using our designated parking space. Please select the 'Pick Up' option when checking out. Orders are usually available for collection from 10am on the day following payment.
We can deliver to you for £9.99 within an 8 mile radius of the farm, with our own on-site delivery service. If applicable this will be automatically applied at checkout, based on your postcode. Only available Monday to Friday.
We will endeavour to deliver orders placed before midnight, the next day but cannot guarantee. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be not be delivered until Monday. You will have the option to order trees in advance and book a preferred delivery date, which must be Monday-Friday.
National Delivery Of Real Trees
We will deliver to mainland England and Wales, using a third party courier. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to any offshore islands, or any parts of Scotland or Ireland. Cost of delivery is £19.99 and is added at checkout. At this point you can choose a preferred delivery date, which must be Monday-Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
In the majority of cases your tree will be delivered on your preferred delivery date but we cannot guarantee that it will arrive on your selected date. Delivery is by a third-party national courier but please remember that it is the busiest time of the year for couriers and other factors such as adverse weather or Covid19 could affect delivery.
The delivery service is offered in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not arrive on a specific day.
We cannot accept cancellation of your order or a refund if your order does not arrive on your requested delivery date as this is only a preferred date.
Orders placed before midnight will be packaged and dispatched the next working day and delivered the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery the following day. Delivery will be between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

If you wish to change your delivery date please contact us at least 3 days prior to your delivery date and we will process this for you.
Make sure you choose a preferred delivery date well in advance of any special event just in case there is any delay with delivery. Remember it is a preferred delivery date and not a guaranteed date. Christmas trees will keep fresh if kept outside until ready to put up so can be ordered well in advance.
When ordering provide instructions on a safe delivery place eg behind the garden shed or with a neighbour that the courier can leave your tree in the event you are not available, as you may be charged for re-delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to or theft of your parcel if you give permission to leave it unattended.
Although our couriers will endeavour to meet special delivery instructions, they cannot be guaranteed. In the unlikely event that your tree has been damaged in transit, please see our Refunds Policy.
Delivery Of Tree Stands
If ordering a tree, there will be no extra charge for the delivery of the stand, it will just be £9.99 delivery for both.
If you are ordering a stand only the cost will be £5.99 and it will either be delivered by a third party courier using their standard delivery (2 day+) or our own delivery service.
