We have now had official confirmation that we can open during lockdown for sales of Christmas trees, decorations and wreaths. We will open on the 21st of November for decorations, cut trees for outside and tree tagging in the plantation for collection at a later date. From the 26th of November, in addition to this we will have a full selection of cut trees in both our indoor fully lit barn and our new outdoor tree area.
When we open there will be a few differences this year but we’re sure that you will still be able to enjoy the same magic and experience of choosing a tree from our farm. As the risk is significantly reduced outside, we will be making use of our large 30 acre site to provide lots of outdoor space.
Rest assured that we will be following Government guidance and putting into place:
- Social distancing measures
- Limiting the number of people in the barn at any one time
- Sanitising stations throughout the site
- Wearing of face masks in inside areas
- One-way systems
Unfortunately, we will be unable to run the reindeer feeding with Santa at weekends or offer refreshments during lockdown. We will keep these under constant review and once lockdown has ended we hope to be able to run these in a Covid secure manner.
